This necklace is another great gift idea. Cut from a half dollar, these are great for both men and women. The included chain is made of 304 stainless steel and guaranteed not to rust.

If “clad” is chosen at checkout, the default dog tag will be a random JFK half from 1970-present that has additionally been plated in nickel. Don’t forget other plating options are available under “electroplating” in the site menu.

If “silver JFK” is chosen at checkout, the default dog tag will be a 1964 JFK half.

All other silver coins will be a random year unless otherwise requested. Please see below for additional information should you choose to request a specific year.

Walking Liberty silver halfs are available from 1916-1947.

Ben Franklin silver halfs are available from 1948-1963.

JFK silver halfs are available in 1964 and from 1992 to current. Note that beginning in 2019, the US Mint switched from 90% silver content in proof coins to 99.9% fine silver. Donor coin cost has therefore gone up significantly. If you plan on requesting a 2019-current date, please select the appropriate box to pay the additional fee to cover the coin.

I will do my best to accommodate every request but reserve the right to substitute coins, with your permission, should it be cost prohibited to locate the requested donor coin.
